Sucheta Pal Goes Live to make World Record Attempt from True and Health
The True and Health workout challenge is the first-ever Virtual World Record attempt by the National Youth Council of India to commemorate the International Youth Day on 9th August 2020.

You can stay fit even in lock-down is what True and Health want to tell people, making sure its fitness Mantra- workout- reach those stuck at home amid the ongoing Pandemic.
As we are aware, the lock-down has inevitably taken a roll-on people's mental and physical health. The belief in making the best out of this Pandemic has resulted in an iconic idea of a virtual workout challenge.
Sucheta Pal who is the Ambassador and Education Specialist for Zumba® Fitness LLC came live on Sunday evening (26th July 2020) on YouTube where she motivated thousands of them and gave her fitness advice in the live

The virtual workout aims to drive home the point of staying fit and active during these trying times.
'True and Health' challenging the misunderstood notion that workouts are meant for fitness enthusiasts. ANYBODY CAN WORKOUT - All one needs is a dash of dedication, focus, and loads of belief.
According to the World Health Organization, 'Physical activity has also been associated with psychological benefits in young people by improving their control over symptoms of anxiety and depression. Similarly, participation in physical activity can assist in the social development of young people by providing opportunities for self-expression, building self-confidence, social interaction, and integration.'
The active participation of the youth in a range of movements across the country and voicing their opinions loud and clear is the need of the hour.
The India Youth Survey 2017 reveals that about 70% of people do not exercise regularly and 62.5% claim do not monitor their diet. According to a WHO report, India is ranked eighth with an overall prevalence of insufficient physical activity in adolescents at 73.9 percent.
This record-breaking attempt will have thousands of participants from across the country performing a 15-minute workout routine, simultaneously from their own homes. The virtual event will be recorded live as the participants perform.
They believe that this beginner-friendly workout will motivate and encourage a lot of people to start exercising and begin their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
The event is scheduled to happen from 9:00 AM to 9:20 AM on August 9, 2020
