Dalgona Modak Recipe with Video by Sachus Kitchen Thrissur
2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
½ Can or 200 Grams Sweetened
1 1/2 Tsps Instant Coffee Powder .
METHOD FOR MAKING COCONUT MODHAK
Take Desiccated Coconut in a Bowl.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Mix well using a Spatula.
If you take a small portion and pinch together you should be able to form a ball. If not you can add little more condensed milk.
METHOD FOR COFFEE MODHAK
Divide the coconut MODHAK mixture into two equal parts.
Add one and half tea spoon of instant coffee powder to
one part of Coconut Modhak.
Now grease the Moulds using ghee and start shaping Modaks.
Fill the quarter to half of mould with coffee coconut mixture and
fill remaining part of mould with coconut mixture.
Then open the mould and carefully remove and place it on the plate.
Chill this in the fridge.
No need to cook.
Easy DalgonaModhak is ready to offer to Lord Ganesh.
Notes : Keep the Mould close and Fill the Mixture Tightly
by Pressing it from the Bottom Hole.
